Yeilds 8 Muffins

Ingredients

  • 2 Scoop Chocolate Brownie Rice'N Grinds
  • 1 Scoop 1st Phorm Level-1 (German Chocoalte Cake)
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Cream of Tartar
  • 3/4 Cup of Unsweetened Coconut Milk
  • 2 whole eggs (room temperature)

Directions:

  • Preheat the oven to 380 degrees
  • Mix all dry ingredients in a mixing bowl
  • Pour in 3/4 cup of unsweetened coconut milk
  • Seperate the egg whites from the egg yolks
  • Pour in the egg yolks and mix evenly 
  • Whisk the egg whites until you reach a fluffy white consistency 
  • Gently fold in the egg whites 

  • Pour batter into your muffin tray

  • Place in the oven and bake for 22 minutes at 380 degrees
  • Be sure to use a toothpick or fork to make sure the muffins are fully baked
  • TRY NOT TO EAT ALL OF THEM IN ONE SITTING!
