Rice'N Grinds Protein Packed Muffins

Yeilds 8 Muffins
Ingredients:
- 2 Scoop Chocolate Brownie Rice'N Grinds
- 1 Scoop 1st Phorm Level-1 (German Chocoalte Cake)
- 1/4 Teaspoon Cream of Tartar
- 3/4 Cup of Unsweetened Coconut Milk
- 2 whole eggs (room temperature)

Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 380 degrees
- Mix all dry ingredients in a mixing bowl
- Pour in 3/4 cup of unsweetened coconut milk
- Seperate the egg whites from the egg yolks
- Pour in the egg yolks and mix evenly
- Whisk the egg whites until you reach a fluffy white consistency
- Gently fold in the egg whites
- Pour batter into your muffin tray
- Place in the oven and bake for 22 minutes at 380 degrees
- Be sure to use a toothpick or fork to make sure the muffins are fully baked
