Rice'N Grind Vegan Protein Muffins

with 6 simple ingredients!

Yields 6 Muffins

Let's get started!! You will need the following ingredients:

  1. 80g Pride Foods Rice'N Grinds
  2. 2 Scoops Ambrosia Planta - Vegan Protein Banana Maple French Toast
  3. 2 Tbsp Chia Seeds
  4. 1/2 Cup Unsweetened Coconut Milk
  5. 1/4 Tsp Cream of Tartar
  6. 1 Medium Ripe Banana



  1. Pre-Heat the oven @ 380 degree
  2. Mix the 2 Tbsp of chia seeds with 6 Tbsp of water and let sit for 20-25 minutes
  • Mash 1 medium banana into a paste-like consistency
  • Mix all dry ingredients into a mixing bowl
  • Add in the coconut milk, banana & chia seeds

* Consistency should thick like a paste

  • Spray the muffin cups before filling them
  • Bake @ 380 degrees for 25 minutes
  • Once muffins are done. Remove them from the baking pan but leave the muffin cups on until they compeltely cool-down. Or else the muffins will stick to the cups
