Rice'N Grind Vegan Protein Muffins
with 6 simple ingredients!

Yields 6 Muffins
Let's get started!! You will need the following ingredients:
- 80g Pride Foods Rice'N Grinds
- 2 Scoops Ambrosia Planta - Vegan Protein Banana Maple French Toast
- 2 Tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1/2 Cup Unsweetened Coconut Milk
- 1/4 Tsp Cream of Tartar
- 1 Medium Ripe Banana

Instructions
- Pre-Heat the oven @ 380 degree
- Mix the 2 Tbsp of chia seeds with 6 Tbsp of water and let sit for 20-25 minutes
- Mash 1 medium banana into a paste-like consistency
- Mix all dry ingredients into a mixing bowl
- Add in the coconut milk, banana & chia seeds
* Consistency should thick like a paste
- Spray the muffin cups before filling them
- Bake @ 380 degrees for 25 minutes
- Once muffins are done. Remove them from the baking pan but leave the muffin cups on until they compeltely cool-down. Or else the muffins will stick to the cups
