  • 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs (or bone-in, skin-on chicken breasts if preferred)

  • 1 can (14 ounces) chopped tomatoes
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes (optional, for enhanced flavor)
