The flavor was spot on just like the rice and grind options. A great alternative to get carbs in. If you want to make the protein mix in some protein powder but you must follow prep instructions and let it sit before cooking. Texture is spot on. I’d prefer on a high carb day for the volume. Definitely will buy again and recommend to my clients.
